One of our PDC students had her birthday with us yesterday. In the morning we heard all sorts of requests for her birthday cake: a compost cake, a manure cake, a kale cake, even a humanure cake! So we did some creative baking and decorating and came up with a Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Mud cake, decorated with kale and with a big lump of poo-looking chocolate on top! Continue reading
