PDC Birthday: Manure cake! or is it??
Tahlea with her Chocolate “Manure”cake…
One of our PDC students had her birthday with us yesterday. In the morning we heard all sorts of requests for her birthday cake: a compost cake, a manure cake, a kale cake, even a humanure cake! So we did some creative baking and decorating and came up with a Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Mud cake, decorated with kale and with a big lump of poo-looking chocolate on top! Continue reading

Although not made from homegrown ingredients, our dahl is so popular with the students, I thought I would post the recipe here.
